The science behind the reset
Optional. Watch this if you want to understand the stress mechanism and why standard approaches fail. 9 minutes.
It's your nervous system remembering
what baseline feels like." The free version creates that state. The full suite makes it the default.
The 13-minute version is a circuit breaker. It interrupts the loop and returns you to zero. That's useful. But every time you use it, you're starting over from scratch.
Think of it this way: the free version flushes the buffer. The full suite rewrites the process that was filling it.
The difference between the free version and the full suite isn't about length. It's about what becomes possible after 11 minutes of continuous induction that simply cannot happen in 13.
I measured it. Here's the data.
The free version touches the surface. The full suite stays long enough for the nervous system to recalibrate, not just interrupt and return.
Take it offline.
Day and night.
The web stream works right now. The most effective way to use this long-term is offline: phone in airplane mode, no notifications, nothing competing. After checkout you land on the activation page. One tap adds both sessions to your Apple Podcasts library as a private podcast. They appear alongside everything else you already listen to, downloaded automatically, playable on any Apple device.
Why this matters: You're far more likely to use something that lives where you already listen. Not in a downloads folder you'll open twice. In your library, next to the other things that are already part of your day.

Sleep-safe setup: Start the session, tap the Moon icon in the player, select "When Current Episode Ends." The audio stops on its own. Nothing to do.

The reset gives you relief.
The full suite changes the default.
The free version resets you to baseline. It's a circuit breaker: effective, immediate, repeatable. Every time you use it, you return to zero and start again.
The full suite is structurally different. At 37 minutes, it descends into Delta frequency (1-4 Hz), the range where physical nervous system repair occurs. This depth isn't reachable in 13 minutes. The session includes identity-level changework: your nervous system rehearses a new way of responding to pressure until calm becomes the automated baseline rather than something you have to actively create.
Free versions — what you have
- 13-minute acute intervention
- Returns you to baseline
- Alpha / Theta range
- ~90 seconds at maximum spatial depth
- Day + Night formats
- Effect requires you to keep coming back
Full Suite — structural change
- 37-minute deep cycle
- Delta (1–4 Hz) — physical repair range
- 25 continuous minutes at depth
- Future pacing + resource anchoring + post-hypnotic suggestion
- Day + Night versions
- Calm becomes automated baseline, not a goal
One tap adds all four sessions to Apple Podcasts as a private podcast, "The Focus & Calm Protocol, Premium Edition." Under your own cover art. On every Apple device. Offline. On demand.
The free version contains Parts 0–2 and the waking or sleep ending. The full suite adds six additional layers that are only possible at sustained depth.
Sleep-safe setup for any session: Tap the Moon icon (🌙) in the player → "When Current Episode Ends." Stops automatically.

I built this for myself first. My background is IT, cybersecurity and network architecture. If that's your world, or anything adjacent, you'll find this unusually direct.
This is for you if
- You think clearly under load but can't find the off switch when the day ends
- You work in IT, engineering, finance, law, medicine... or any field where precision matters and pressure is constant
- You want a tool, not a philosophy or a lifestyle overhaul
- You're skeptical by default and you'd rather experience something than be persuaded by it
- You've tried "relax" and found it useless
- You want your baseline to feel different, not look calmer from the outside
This is not for you if
- You have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or a serious mental health condition
- You want motivation, affirmations, or feel-good content
- You expect one session to permanently change everything
- You want someone to fix you without your participation
- You prefer spiritual frameworks over physiological explanations

Spring 2015.
That's when I started my live hypnosis training in Prague. By autumn of the same year I was in London, in the room with Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna. A year later, back for the NLP Practitioner. Then again. And again.
I came at this as an engineer. 20+ years in IT, cybersecurity and network architecture. High-pressure environments where clear thinking under load isn't optional. I knew what it felt like when the system is running too hot and you can't flush the buffer. I knew that most of what existed for "stress management" was designed for a different kind of mind than mine.
So I spent the next decade learning from the people who built the field. Not online. In person. In the room. And I built something I would use myself.
Exactly 11 years later. I am releasing the result." — Patrik Jonas, LinkedIn · February 13, 2026
I did not build this to sell. It's the thing I wished existed when I started. It took 200+ hours to produce, a professional recording and mastering chain, and 11 years of training to know what to put in it.
11 years of direct training.
In the room. In person.
Not online courses. Not books. Every certification listed here was earned in person, directly under the people who created these disciplines. My background before this was 20+ years in IT, cybersecurity and network architecture, which is why analytical and technical people tend to find this unusually direct.

What analytical minds
want to know first.
If something isn't answered here, the answer is probably in the audio itself. Press play first.
Yes, it's hypnotic audio. But losing control isn't what hypnosis is.
The state it guides you into is hypnagogic: the same as being completely absorbed in a task, or arriving somewhere without remembering the drive. You remain aware and in control throughout. Nothing is suggested to you that you haven't chosen to engage with. You're participating, not surrendering.
No belief required. The audio triggers a physiological response through acoustic stimulus. Your nervous system responds regardless of your mental framework.
Skepticism is fine. Active resistance, consciously refusing to let anything happen, will slow the process. Passive skepticism won't. Curiosity, even skeptical curiosity, is more than enough.
The audio uses layered spatial panning, voice moving between left, right, and centre, combined with progressive relaxation language and isochronic pulses. This is a VoicePower technique: using vocal position spatially to access different neurological processing modes. Isochronic tones work without headphones. The hemisphere-targeted suggestions in the full version require them.
The full session runs in 10 structured parts:
Parts 0–2 are in both free and full versions. Parts 3–8 are exclusive to the full suite. Part 9 ends the Day version; Part 10 ends the Night version.
The free version reaches maximum spatial depth for about 90 seconds before emergence. The full suite reaches the same depth, wider, in fact, at 0.87 vs 0.77, and holds it continuously for 25 minutes.
That sustained depth is what makes identity-level changework possible. Future pacing, resource anchoring, and post-hypnotic suggestion all require time at depth to take hold. The free version interrupts the pattern. The full suite changes it.
After checkout, you land on an activation page. One tap opens Apple Podcasts and adds your private podcast directly to your library. Sessions appear as episodes under their own cover art, ready to play from any Apple device, offline.
MP3 downloads are also available from the same activation page if you prefer to keep the files directly.
Yes. The Day version ends with a full return to alertness. You come out ready to function, not groggy. Many people use it between calls, before presentations, or during lunch. Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
Night version: that's the point. Day version: your nervous system continues processing even without conscious awareness. If it happens regularly during daytime use, try sitting upright. The spatial audio keeps you at the right depth without crossing into sleep.
No. It's an experiential tool for stress regulation, clarity, and focus. Not diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment. It works well alongside professional care, not as a replacement for it.
Because 13 minutes of direct experience will tell you more than any sales page. The free version is complete, not deliberately limited to manufacture dissatisfaction. If it gives you something useful, you'll know. The full suite is there when you want to go deeper.
No refunds are offered. Two reasons, both straightforward.
First, the free version is a complete 13-minute session. You've already experienced the protocol before spending anything. If the free version didn't give you something useful, the full suite is not the right purchase right now.
Second, the MP3 files are delivered immediately on purchase. Once you have the files, the transaction is complete.
If you have a technical issue with access or delivery, contact me directly and I'll resolve it.
The reset is free.
The rewire is $49.
If what you experienced gave you something real, the full suite builds on the same foundation. Longer, deeper, and structured to change the underlying setting rather than temporarily override it.
