This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all digital products sold via this website, including audio recordings, hypnosis sessions, and other downloadable or streaming content.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include any physical media.


1. Legal framework for digital content

Where applicable (e.g. within the European Union), consumer rights for digital content are governed by local implementations of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

By purchasing and accessing digital content on this website, you explicitly agree that:

  • the digital content may be delivered immediately after payment, and
  • by starting the download, stream, or access to the content, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase.

2. Refunds for digital products

Once a digital product has been:

  • downloaded,
  • made available in your account, or
  • accessed in any way,

we generally do not offer refunds, except where technical issues prevent proper access.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • the file is corrupted and cannot be replaced,
  • you were mistakenly charged multiple times.

We may refuse a refund if there is evidence of abuse.

If you experience a technical problem, please contact us first.

We will attempt to:

  • resend the download link,
  • provide an alternative file format, or
  • assist with troubleshooting.

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
